For over 40 years we have been booking and coordinating international touring talent across Japan — from world-class circus acts and aerial performers to marching bands, musicians, variety artists, and custom character productions. We handle everything: contracts, visas, logistics, technical riders, and on-the-ground coordination from arrival to final bow. High impact, low overhead, seamlessly managed.
Corporate Events, Promotions & Japan Market Entry
Foreign companies entering Japan need more than a translator — they need someone who understands both sides of the table. We coordinate promotional events, product launches, press junkets, and VIP ceremonies for international brands and organizations. We have coordinated National Days for 27 countries at Expo 2025, managed VIP protocol for heads of state, and produced events for clients ranging from Nintendo to the United Nations. International Concepts, Licensing & Bilingual Support
We don't just coordinate what already exists — we find ideas, negotiate rights, and bring international concepts to Japan. From flying to Hollywood to license inflatable art installations from an Atlanta Olympics producer, to negotiating licensing rights for Hawaiian artist Heather Brown's Japan-inspired imagery for an Osaka festival — we identify the opportunity, make the call, and close the deal.
